All developments are handpicked, based on key criteria. We have options for quarterly to annual income. We now work with partners who raise capital on a per-project basis. As well as providing a fixed return, they are able to offer profit-share on sale of the project, meaning the client can see returns of 17% per annum.

UK Private Equity

The lucrative world of private equity generated over GBP200 billion towards UK’s GDP in 2021.

US Pre-developed Land

Cost per plot is USD50,000 and the investor will receive a title deed in their name from First American. We are partnered with a prolific film producer that is raising capital for film and television shows through banks, government bodies and now, through private investors.
